ORDERING

What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email info@billygang.com 
Once your order has been prepared for shipping, it cannot be modified.

When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?

Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. You can sign up to receive restock notifications. You can also reach out to us at info@billygang.com for more information.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Please email us at info@billygang.com as soon as you receive your order. We work hard to ensure that all orders meet high quality standards, and are happy to remedy any issues that may have occurred during transit.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?

You can stay updated with our latest releases by signing up for our newsletter or by following us on social media.


SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Billy Gang LLC aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Regular product orders can take up to 12 business days. After that, it will be delivered based on the shipping estimate of the carrier. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Exclusive pieces, pre-order drops, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take up to 30 days to ship, due to the nature of the offering. We appreciate your patience! We have an extremely high overall customer service and satisfaction rating for a reason ;)

When will my backordered item ship?

Billy Gang LLC aims to ship out all back ordered items as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 30 days for any backorders to ship. If you have any questions, please contact us.

  

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our facility in the USA.

 

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?

Sometimes there are delays between tracking and actual delivery. Please email info@billygang.com We will do our best to resolve each individual issue here as quickly as quickly as possible.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Am I able to return an item from my order?

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of the drops we do, we do not offer a return policy at present. But we will be happy to remedy issues as best we can, please contact us at info@billygang.com to get more details 

How do I exchange an item from my order?

As stated above, given the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer exchanges. If you have any questions, please email us at info@billygang.com


FIT AND SIZING

How do I know what size will fit me best?

We include a complete guide in the ‘Size & Fit’ section of the product pages. If you have any other questions, please email info@billygang.com BEFORE purchasing, and we will help you find your correct size. 


GARMENT CARE

How do I care for the items that I purchased?

Each style has special care instructions attached to the garment. We suggest washing every garment on cold and tumble drying on low heat. Please do not iron artwork. If you have any questions regarding garment care, please reach out to us at info@billygang.com
